This is a hands-on leadership role with technical depth in Plant 3D and Navisworks, coordinating with field teams and fabrication shops to improve construction efficiency. You will mentor senior VDC specialists, manage schedules and workloads, and ensure coordination across design, field, and prefab activities.

We're looking for an experienced VDC Project Manager to lead BIM/VDC efforts for our Process & Hygienics division. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can manage people and project workloads while still having the technical depth to jump into Plant 3D, Navisworks, fabrication, and coordination issues when the team needs support.
You’ll partner closely with our Director of BIM/VDC, project teams, field leadership, and fabrication shop to make sure our VDC work does what it is supposed to do: help projects build more efficiently.

We prefer candidates who are local to Central North Carolina or willing to relocate. A hybrid arrangement may be available for candidates who are within a reasonable distance and can be onsite when project and team needs require it.
