The ideal candidate will resolve technical challenges, manage workflows, and provide training in VDC practices. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead medium-to-large scale VDC projects.
• Knowledge of BIM and VDC applications.
• Solid understanding of construction practices.
• Ability to develop advanced workflows that enhance project efficiency.
• Proven capability to adopt and integrate emerging technologies.
• Good skills in BIM Content creation (RFAs).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC Projects and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Collaborate on external BIM execution plans.
• Manage file sharing and coordination across disciplines.
• Create project-specific Revit content.
• Provide training in VDC programs and standards.
• Provide QA/QC review of outputs from the VDC team.
