Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in construction project support and proficiency in scheduling tools like P6. The position offers a pay range of $30–$60 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience supporting construction projects, BIM/VDC coordination, or project engineering.
• Familiarity with fabrication workflows, scheduling, and coordination processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VDC packages and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage third-party engineers to ensure timely support details.
• Perform site visits and ensure project alignment with field conditions.
• Lead meetings and communicate status updates efficiently.
