Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, VDC, BIM modeling, detailing, coordination, design, or installation within Mechanical or Plumbing systems.
• Strong understanding of codes, standards, installation methods, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency with Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and other BIM technologies.
• Ability to lead project coordination, facilitate conflict resolution, and drive project outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This position is responsible for managing project coordination, constructability reviews, installation planning, and BIM deliverables while ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and Power Design best practices.The VDC Design Manager/Senior Design Manager works closely with operations teams, customers, consultants, engineers, and trade partners to develop innovative, cost-effective, and constructible solutions that support successful project execution.
