Power Design, Inc. seeks a VDC Design Manager to drive the virtual design and coordination for complex construction projects. You will lead BIM models, coordination drawings, and installation documentation while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and field teams to optimize constructability, prefabrication, and value engineering, ensuring code‑compliant and cost‑effective installations.

Competenze

• 5+ years in construction/VDC/BIM modeling or related fields.
• Experience with mechanical or plumbing systems preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM tooling and knowledge of coordination workflows.

About the PositionThe VDC Design Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery of construction projects by leading the virtual design and coordination process for assigned projects. This position is responsible for managing project coordination, constructability reviews, installation planning, and BIM deliverables while ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and Power Design best practices.The VDC Design Manager/Senior Design Manager works closely with operations teams, customers, consultants, engineers, and trade partners to develop innovative, cost-effective, and constructible solutions that support successful project execution.
