Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 and related coordination software.
• Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews and BIM execution planning.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring junior VDC professionals and improving delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop and manage BEP (BIM Execution Plans) for projects.
• Coordinate federated models across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue-resolution meetings.
• Partner with project management and field leadership to improve planning and execution.
• Perform model QA/QC reviews.
• Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement within VDC.

Description

• Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion
• Develop and manage project‑specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue resolution meetings
• Partner with project management and field leadership teams to improve planning and execution
• Perform model quality assurance and quality control reviews
• Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the VDC function

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Construction Technology leadership
• Proven experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale construction projects
• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related coordination software
• Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM execution planning
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
