We're partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm to hire a VDC Manager to support projects throughout New England. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced VDC/BIM professional ready to take ownership of VDC efforts, lead project coordination, and play a key role in the continued growth of a VDC department. This role will oversee BIM/VDC coordination, 2D, 3D, and 4D modeling, logistics planning, clash detection, construction sequencing, and project visualization across multiple projects. You'll work closely with preconstruction teams, project executives, project managers, design professionals, and subcontractors while leading coordination efforts and helping establish VDC standards and best practices. Projects will primarily include complex healthcare, life sciences, academic, and commercial construction throughout New England.
Pay Range:$75,000 – $110,000+ annually.
