Qualifications

• VDC work sample portfolio and/or project list required.
• Autodesk Certification is a plus.
• Basic project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D models using various tools.
• Implement BIM/VDC coordination processes.
• Lead marketing purpose renderings and animations.

Skills

3D Native Modeling (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup)

3D Coordination (Navisworks, Procore, BIM 360)

Computational language (Dynamo, Python, C#)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team building attitude

Education

AS or BS degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

More than 5 years of experience in drafting

Tools

Adobe Suite (Premiere and After Effects)
