Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Texas is seeking a Virtual Construction Technician to serve as the technical source of modeling information for projects. You will create 3D/4D/5D models and ensure fidelity with construction docs, specs, and shop drawings.

Collaboration with design and field teams is essential to deliver BIM deliverables across stages. The role requires 3+ years reading blueprints and 4+ years construction experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and CPM scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years blueprint/specification reading.
• 3+ years in AutoCAD/Revit/Navisworks/CPM scheduling software.
• 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 4+ years' construction experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities
