Job summary

Sundt Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Virtual Construction Technician to serve as the technical source of BIM modeling information for projects. You will create 3D/4D/5D models and maintain libraries with masterformat codes.

The role requires reading blueprints and specs, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CPM scheduling software, and strong knowledge of construction documents. You will train staff and review BIM language across project delivery types.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of blue print/specification reading.
• 3+ years in Autocad/Revit/Navisworks/CPM scheduling software.
• 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 4+ years' construction experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
