Job summary

The PENTA Building Group is seeking a VDC Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on planning and managing day-to-day VDC operations and supporting project teams with BIM workflows.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, with 1–3 years of VDC/BIM experience, and a solid understanding of building systems. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction disciplines preferred.
• 1–3 years of project experience with VDC/BIM in A/E/C context.
• Solid understanding of building systems and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Create, obtain, evaluate, and distribute 3D BIM models for business development, preconstruction, and operations.
• Communicate the benefits of VDC to clients, industry partners, and staff.
• Contribute to company-wide VDC/BIM standards and procedures.
