Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a VDC Engineer to support the project team and mentor BIM Engineers on-site at a designated location. You will manage models and serve as the primary liaison for VDC coordination between design, engineering, trades, and operations.

Responsibilities include executing VDC project plans, coordinating architectural, MEPTF, structural, civil, and site components, identifying clashes, resolving design issues, and maintaining quality assurance throughout the model lifecycle.

Job Description

The VDC Engineer supports the Project Team and assist in mentoring the BIM Engineers. The VDC Engineer is responsible for model management and is the primary liaison for VDC coordination between the design team, the engineering team, the specialty trades and operations.
