Qualifications

• College/University graduate preferred with 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and 3D drawing environments.
• DC/BIM experience directly related to the desired field preferred.
• Must be able to write RFIs and identify problems for resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Use software to create detailed 3D designs.
• Create batches/packets to be spooled for fabrication.
• Complete tasks to learn HVAC, plumbing, and piping basics and related software.
• Draw file maintenance and backgrounds for designers/drafters.
• Complete red line drawings and plotting tasks as needed.
