Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Certifications not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of digital modeling strategies for SPW projects.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors and self-perform crews.
• Reviews SPW models for accuracy and constructability alignment.
• Identifies clashes and communicates issues to teams and field crews.
• Prepares visuals, shop drawings, lift drawings, and field-ready docs from models.
• Tracks modeling progress to ensure on-time coordination and field integration.
• Ensures SPW models support cross-functional processes.
