Qualifications

• Experience with BIM software and technology in a project context.
• Ability to read drawings, understand specifications and codes.
• Collaborative work in cross-discipline project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual simulations to validate site logistics, safety, sequencing, scheduling, and VR.
• Manage 3D coordination with operations from kickoff to closeout.
• Perform preconstruction model tasks: quality checks, schedule validations, constructability reviews, VRM.
• Drive R&D of new software, hardware, and tech to improve project quality.
• Understand building construction, engineering, or architecture context.
