Responsibilities

• Monitors and verifies cash deposits and withdrawals, reviews sales records, and conducts regular account checks.
• Reports discrepancies, including missing cash or items, promptly and accurately.
• Maintains precise inventory records to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including signage, cash registers, and security.
• Maintains a visually appealing facility by overseeing cleanliness and organization; arranges merchandise displays.
• Provides comprehensive staff training, conducts performance evaluations, and assigns tasks to ensure efficiency.
