Job summary

MainSpring is seeking a Senior Business Technology Consultant / vCIO to provide fractional CIO support for clients in the DC metro region. Travel to client sites and align IT with business goals.

You will manage multiple accounts, advise on strategic planning, risk management, and process improvements, and communicate results to clients and MainSpring leadership to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership in small to mid-size firms.
• Experience advising executives on technology strategy and risk.
• Strong business acumen with solid communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term IT strategy aligned with client goals.
• Travel to client sites to meet executives and propose improvements.
• Manage client accounts, onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Communicate results to MainSpring management and coordinate audits.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive guidance.
