Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced professional to provide operational support for the VCF private cloud platform, requiring expertise in VMware vSphere administration and infrastructure operations.

This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and involves continuous collaboration, support of infrastructure tasks, and flexibility for scheduled on-call duties. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years in the field and exposure to automation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure operations, virtualization, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere administration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and repeatable deployment methods.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of SDDC Manager, workload domains, and vSphere cluster operations.
• Monitor platform health, utilization, and capacity; escalate issues.
• Assist with VCF lifecycle operations including patching and upgrades.
