Job summary

CyLogic is seeking a Principal VCF Architect based in Ashburn, Virginia. The role involves architecting and scaling the VMware Cloud Foundation platform and leading modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise virtualization with strong skills in VCF, vSphere, and automation tools. This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and operational readiness of the cloud solutions implemented.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise virtualization or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments and operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms (Tanzu, OpenShift, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VMWare Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions.
• Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, security, and operational readiness.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
