Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required.
• VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator and/or Architect certification (2V0-13.25) is preferred.
• Deep expertise in VCF, vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and Aria/vRA.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale VCF/SDDC solutions.
• Infrastructure, network virtualization, and storage architecture expertise.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (active).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Design end-to-end VCF solutions including management/workload domains, NSX architecture, vSAN storage, and SDDC Manager integration.
• Develop high-level and low-level designs, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Define workload segmentation, multi-site and disaster recovery architectures, and governance models.
• Establish migration and transformation strategies from legacy VMware environments.
• Provide leadership across implementation and operational transition.
• Review and approve designs aligned with VMware validated architectures.
• Advise executives and technical stakeholders; guide delivery teams to ensure design execution.
• Support modernization initiatives (hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, automation).
