Job description

Sentiero Ventures, a seed-stage VC firm investing in early-stage AI and tech companies, is hiring a fractional Venture Scout. You’ll source startups by attending in-person and virtual events like demo days, accelerators, and founder meetups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend events and build founder relationships
• Identify and refer high-potential startups
• Represent Sentiero Ventures professionally
• Submit brief weekly sourcing reports

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong network in startups/accelerators
• Sharp eye for early-stage talent and ideas
• Comfortable with independent, flexible work
• Must be able to travel to events around the Austin and San Antonio Area

Details:

• 3–6 hours/week
