Initio Capital in San Francisco is expanding its Venture Scout Network and seeks a Venture Scout / Deal Sourcer. The role is flexible, remote, and designed for those embedded in startup communities. You'll earn cash rewards by referring founders and investors to the Initio Capital ecosystem.

Ideal candidates should have strong startup networks and excellent communication skills. Earnings are performance-based, with the potential to earn $1,000 to $5,000 per referral.

Formación

• Ability to identify high-quality founders or capital partners.
• Experience in startup ecosystems or venture capital preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source and refer promising startup founders seeking capital.
• Introduce accredited investors, angels, or LPs into our network.
• Support founders by guiding them into the Initio Capital platform.
