Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Management Company Controller to oversee accounting for the management company clients across North America, including onboarding new clients and implementing preferred systems. You will supervise accounting staff and manage accounts payable, payroll, and monthly/quarterly reporting from Denver, CO.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance with 4+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and strong communication and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Four or more years of public and/or private accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.

Mansioni

• Oversee accounting function for multiple management company clients.
• Onboard new clients and implement preferred system platforms and processes.
• Supervise Accounting Associates and Senior Accounting Associates.
• Manage accounts payable and client expense reporting functions.
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations and supporting work papers.
• Process and record payroll.
• Provide monthly or quarterly reporting to Management.
• Assist with tax compliance (1099s, state and local).
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to meet ad hoc requests and ensure excellent service.
• Coordinate intercompany settlements with Fund Teams.
