Job summary

Moneytree Inc. is seeking a full-time team member for our Chula Vista branch. This position involves opening and closing the branch, cashing checks, processing loans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with previous experience in retail or customer service. The competitive pay range is $21.50-$27.50 per hour, with additional benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch is opened and closed on time.

Job Duties

• Ensuring the Branch is opened and closed on time
• Cashing checks
• Processing loans and payments
• Selling money orders
• Counting cash accurately
• Managing and balancing a cash drawer
• Providing exceptional customer service

Skills

• REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish and English
• 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including evenings and most weekends
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and willingness to learn and grow
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
