Job summary

Moneytree is looking for a Branch Vault Teller - Spanish Bilingual to deliver friendly, personalized service and meet our customers' financial needs. Open and close the branch on time, cash checks, process loans and payments, sell money orders, and balance the cash drawer while providing exceptional customer service.

Fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED, with 6+ months of customer service experience, plus ability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Duties:

As a Moneytree Branch Vault Teller - Spanish Bilingual , your primary responsibility is to provide personalized and friendly service to meet our customers' financial needs. Job duties include:

• Ensuring the Branch is opened and closed on time
• Cashing checks
• Processing loans and payments
• Selling money orders
• Counting cash accurately
• Managing and balancing a cash drawer
• Providing exceptional customer service

Skills:

• REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish and English
• 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including evenings and most weekends
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and willingness to learn and grow
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keyboarding experience
