Loomis is hiring a Vault Teller in Tampa, FL to work with a team maintaining vault inventories for customers. The role involves verifying bags against receipts, counting items, signing manifests, and balancing records.

The position requires substantial physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long shifts, and occasional firearm-related requirements. Full-time schedule typically ranges around 40–50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move bags, coins, and currency up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long shifts.
• Proficiency in reading receipts, manifests, and reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in cash vaults for Loomis customers.
• Verify identifying numbers or seals on deposits against receipts or manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign receipts, and balance ledgers.
• Load/unload wagons with bags/boxes of currency and coin, and sort cargo by route.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers by phone.
