Job summary

Loomis is seeking an Armed Vault Teller to work with a team in securing and maintaining inventory in cash vaults for Loomis customers. The role involves counting, recording, and validating deposits, and coordinating with co-workers and customers by phone.

The position requires lifting heavy bags/coins, standing for long periods, and meeting firearms requirements as part of the qualification process. The job features a full-time schedule with a 12pm shift start and a Mon-Fri work week, with

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a stooped or squatting position for sorting
• Ability to walk between bins,vaults,counters and platforms
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for most of the shift
• Ability to read/write English sufficiently to read receipts and reports
• Ability to meet handgun license/permit or security officer requirements

Responsibilities

• Check bag/seal numbers against receipts or manifests
• Count items, record amounts, sign receipts and manifests
• Load/unload bags and coin to/from wagons or carts
• Sort cargo items by route and communicate with teammates/customers
