Brink’s is seeking a reliable Cash Logistics Processor in Massachusetts to perform essential cash accounting duties across branch locations worldwide. • Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum three months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or as a cashier or teller.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through window.
• Verify cash and input data into iTrack.
• Mix and check for all deposit types including check-only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed.
• Process check imaging into FIS system.
• Balance all teller sales.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete daily checklists for major functions.
• Clean stations at end of day and manage waste per procedure.
• Deliver imaged work and teller paperwork to appropriate areas or files.

Cash Logistics Processor

Pay Range: $20.43 - $24.41 hourly.

We are looking for a reliable Cash Logistics Processor to perform critical cash accounting work across branch locations worldwide. The role involves verifying deposits, preparing cash shipments, and ensuring precise record‑keeping while maintaining security and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through window.
• Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack.
• Mix and check for all deposit types including check‑only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed.
• Process check imaging into FIS system.
• Balance all individual teller sales.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.
• Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work remains, print check manifest and verify deposits match.
• Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately.
• Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Minimum three months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or as a cashier or teller.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.
