Job summary

Brink's, Incorporated seeks a detail-oriented Cash Logistics Processor to support branch operations in the Los Angeles area. You will verify deposits, process cash shipments, and ensure accurate data entry in the iTrack system, helping move funds securely between banks and businesses.

Responsibilities include balancing teller sales, preparing deposits, and following daily checklists. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and completing required internal training.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments, or experience as a cashier or teller.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through the window.
• Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, and mix/check for all deposit types including check-only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed.
• Process check imaging into the FIS system.
• Balance all individual teller sales.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.
• Clean off stations at the end of the day, bundle trash per procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no unfinished work remains, print check manifest, and verify that deposits match.
• Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to appropriate areas and/or filed correctly.
• Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager.

Job Description

The Cash Logistics Processor works within branch locations to account for the cash and valuables that are transported to banks and businesses worldwide. The role involves verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money from one place to another.
