Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Vault Clerk to operate within the Casino Vault and report to the Vault Supervisor or Vault Manager. The role includes handling banks and draws, maintaining dispensers, and recording transactions in a night-shift environment.

Pay is $16.00 hourly with a Thursday-Monday 11:45pm-8:15am schedule. Weekly Earned Wage Access is available, and candidates should have at least one year of cash handling experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ten-key proficiency (by touch).
• Basic math skills.
• General computer skills required.
• One year of cash handling, cashiering, teller, or bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer authorized inquiries regarding vault procedures.
• Issue banks and draws to cashiers and tellers.
• Keep monetary dispensers full and functioning.
• Issue checks from Vault as requested by management.
• Maintain accurate records of monetary exchanges and transactions.
• Fill/maintain ATMs, kiosks, recyclers and cash machines.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Vault Clerk, you will work within the Casino Vault. You will report to the Vault Supervisor or Vault Manager.

Primary Tasks:

• You will answer authorized inquiries regarding general vault procedures.
• Issue "banks" and "draw" to cashiers and tellers.
• Keep all monetary dispensers full and functioning.
• Issue checks from Vault as requested by the Casino General Manager.
• Help with work areas as designated by management.
• You will keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transactions reconciliations and fill/maintain ATM's, Kiosks, Recycler, and Dyna Cash Machines.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
