Job summary

Resorts World New York is seeking a Main Banker to document and verify the accuracy of all currency, coins, vouchers, and other monetary instruments while maintaining the main bank and vault in accordance with internal controls and gaming regulations.

You will ensure compliance with policies, safeguard assets, prepare deposits, manage ATM/kiosk balances, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain NY Lottery license.
• Two years of cashier experience in a casino environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Document and verify accuracy of all monetary instruments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Prepare deposits to the bank.
• Maintain the main bank and vault, and balance kiosks on the gaming floor.
• Function as cashier if needed.
• Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer service.
• Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
