Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a skilled vascular technologist to perform STAT and routine vascular procedures with strict adherence to standards and protocols.

The role requires ARDMS/ICAVL credentials within 3 months, BLS certification, and the ability to map venous structures and document findings accurately. Work will occur in a vascular lab with potential rotations to related services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years vascular experience OR graduate from an ARDMS/ICAVL-approved program with at least an associate's degree.
• Knowledge of anatomy & physiology; ability to work well with others; strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging and monitoring equipment following department protocols.
• Document patient history and vascular study data accurately in records and on logs.
• Assist in vascular surgery, including transporting and operating duplex equipment in OR settings.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment and report equipment or protocol issues promptly.
