Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform non-invasive vascular exams, prepare patients, and operate ultrasound equipment. You will document findings for physician interpretation and ensure high-quality imaging across carotids, aorta, peripheral arterial and venous studies.

The role requires an accredited Sonography program or 2+ years in vascular sonography, CPR, and eventual vascular registration within 12 months. This PRN position emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program or at least two years experience in vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification required.
• Registered Vascular Specialist must occur within 12 months.
• Registered Vascular Technologist must occur within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular diagnostic exams to assess blood flow.
• Prepare patients, operate ultrasound equipment, and document findings.
• Capture and evaluate high-quality images for physicians.
• Coordinate workload and prioritize STAT or discharge-related studies.
