Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic, non-invasive vascular exams using ultrasound and physiologic testing equipment. The role requires knowledge of vascular anatomy and exam procedures, and on-call availability.

Education required includes an associate degree in a related health science field; certification in RVT/ARDMS/ARRT preferred or to be obtained within 1 year. On-site with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health science field with concentration in cardiovascular technology or ultrasonography.
• Licensure/certification in vascular technology required or within 1 year of hire (RVT/ARDMS/ARRT) and BLS before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accreditation and regulatory compliance of Vascular department.
• Ensures quality, accuracy and confidentiality of patient data.
• Responsible for patient documentation, procedure prep and instructions.
• On-call required.
