MedBest Medical Management in Syracuse is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform vascular non-invasive studies at Upstate Downtown and Upstate Community, and to prepare reports with data and preliminary interpretation.

You will perform extracranial and intracranial cerebrovascular exams, arterial/venous duplex tests, venous mapping, and assist during invasive procedures, with emphasis on accuracy and timely coding of results.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited 2-year allied health program with 2 years post-graduate vascular imaging experience, or graduate of an accredited vascular ultrasound program with ARDMS RVT.
• Active ARDMS RVT certification.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics and non-invasive vascular testing.

Responsabilités

• Perform vascular non-invasive studies at multiple locations as scheduled.
• Prepare reports with test data and preliminary interpretation; include various examinations.
• Assist during invasive procedures and ensure accurate transcription and coding of results.
