Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL is seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology team and perform non-invasive vascular studies. You will use advanced ultrasound technology to support diagnosis and treatment while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role emphasizes precision, clinical excellence, and collaboration with providers to improve patient outcomes. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program.
• RV T or RVS certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred 1–2 years of vascular sonography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound procedures and obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Evaluate vascular structures including arterial and venous systems.
• Support physicians in diagnosing vascular conditions such as occlusions, aneurysms, and circulatory abnormalities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of findings.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the imaging process.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to departmental standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
