Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Vascular Ultrasonographer for full-time days at Merit Health River Region in Mississippi. The role entails non-invasive vascular imaging, image acquisition, and collaboration with physicians to support diagnostic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of vascular ultrasound experience and hold RVT or RVS credentials with BCLS. Qualified individuals are encouraged to apply for stability and growth in a busy clinical setting.

Mansioni

• Performs vascular ultrasound examinations using approved protocols to capture high-quality diagnostic images of arteries, veins, and other vascular structures.
• Obtains relevant clinical history from patient interviews, physician orders, or medical records to support accurate diagnostic imaging.
• Reviews and correlates prior imaging studies and patient history to optimize exam quality and relevance.
• Documents and records all pertinent anatomical and pathological findings in accordance with physician and department standards.
• Presents clinical findings and preliminary impressions to the interpreting physician to support diagnostic decisions.
• Maintains and operates ultrasound equipment, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and readiness in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintains a safe and infection-controlled environment, applying proper procedures in accordance with hospital policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
