Job summary

Danbury Hospital is seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist to perform non-invasive vascular studies using ultrasound and pressure cuff techniques with high accuracy. The role requires ARDMS RVT and a minimum of one year of experience, in the Non-Invasive Vascular Lab.

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist with ARDMS RVT certification.
• HS Grad or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admits, observes and discharges patients from the laboratory.
• Performs non-invasive vascular studies using ultrasound and cuff technology.
• Notifies physician of preliminary results if abnormal findings are detected.
• Implements STAT orders promptly and attends ongoing education.
