Northwell Health’s Vassar Brothers Medical Center in the Hudson Valley is seeking a specialty Radiology Technologist to work with physicians and clinical teams in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab, caring for patients undergoing procedures and preparing the necessary supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Proficient in supporting physician and clinical teams during Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures, preparing and supporting all procedural supplies and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
• Oversees imaging and hemodynamic equipment, performs quality checks, troubleshoots malfunctions, and collaborates with Biomed to resolve issues.
• Maintains sterile/aseptic technique, including proper scrubbing and aseptic handling of supplies.
• Uses supplies and equipment cost-effectively, maintains par levels for safe access, and supports supply coordinators with receiving and stocking.
• Contributes to environment of care initiatives to ensure patient safety and compliance with policies and regulatory agencies.
• Participates in quality and efficiency initiatives to ensure safe, effective patient throughput.
