Job summary

Vassar Brothers Medical Center is looking for a skilled staff member to support interventional cardiology procedures, assisting physicians and nurses in cardiac catheterization labs. The role involves providing age-appropriate care and ensuring procedural safety.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of college or technical training and will train in Interventional and Electrophysiology procedures, with BLS certification and relevant radiology licensure.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Requirements

• Maintains competency and proficiency with all Interventional and Electrophysiology equipment and procedures by utilizing reading material and attending in-service programs.
• General knowledge of a specialized or technical field normally associated with an A.A. or A.S. degree.

License, Registration, Or Certification Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NYS Radiologic Technologist License
• American Registry or Radiologic Technology Certification, or eligible.
