Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education Note: Education and clinical experience to be registry eligible for credentialing body
• Registered Vascular Technologist - Vascular Technology (RVT-VT) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Or
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• And
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)

• An ability to work in a past paced environment where prioritization, organizational and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trains to other divisions of CV Services.
• Demonstrates acceptable imaging quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors and alignment. Reviews patient data for accuracy, quality and completeness.
• Documents accurately and completely.
• Performs routine and complex vascular ultrasound imaging procedures following departmental guidelines.
• Perform a variety of vascular ultrasound exams, according to physician orders and standing protocols.
• Rotate to off-site mobile locations to serve patients with local testing availability
• Take call during rotating holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Proper cleaning of equipment and rooms between patients
• Document appropriately to accurately communicate with physicians on patient history and exam findings.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $36.78per hour - $63.26per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
