City/State Newport News, VA Work Shift Rotating Overview: Sentara Vascular Specialists is now hiring a Full-Time Vascular Lab Technologist (Medical Sonographer) in Newport News, VA! Hours: Full-Time, Day Shift, Mon-Fri.

Overview A Vascular Lab Technologist performs non-invasive vascular testing procedures and writes preliminary interpretations. Assists physician in determination of appropriate testing based on clinical assessment and symptoms.

Certification/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA); RQI (Required); Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Cert required OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required.

Experience: Related experience – 1 year preferred.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
