Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in applicable state(s) (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin).
• Certifications such as BLS, oncology, infusion therapy, vascular access may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient and family needs and coordinates with healthcare teams.
• Individualizes care plans and implements treatment.
• Performs intravenous insertions and uses medical equipment.
• Interprets policies and lab results and monitors patient conditions.
• Documents patient status and communicates effectively with team.
