Job summary

Vascualar Surgery Office is seeking a Nurse Practitioner IV to join our vascular surgery team in Greensburg, PA. You will evaluate and treat patients in collaboration with supervising physicians, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide preoperative teaching.

Primarily Monday through Friday on-site with opportunities to lead care coordination and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Requires NP degree and prescriptive authority, with 1–2 years of surgical experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing/NP required.
• CRNP prescriptive authority required.
• DEA license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• CRNP-CERT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, examines, diagnoses, and treats patients in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Works on-site, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Provides preoperative teaching to patients and families.
• Performs history and physicals and documents findings accurately.
• Develops and revises individualized treatment plans and coordinates care with the team.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates leadership and professional mentorship within the department.
