Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, examines, diagnoses, and treats patients with supervising physician.
• Maintains patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Prescribes medications per state authority guidelines.
• Documents assessments, plans and progress in medical records.
• Performs pre- and post-operative care and education.
