• Assists providers with patient preparation, exams, and education; supports team for optimal patient flow.
• Screens patients for preventive care needs and coordinates care transitions and follow-ups.
• Performs point-of-care testing, venipuncture, and basic lab duties per site requirements.
• Maintains EMR documentation and assists with pre-visit planning and patient follow-ups.
• Floats to multiple sites as needed and participates in safety/infection control training.
