Job summary

UPMC Altoona is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained vascular surgeon to provide full-scope vascular surgery, including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula grafts, and extremity bypass surgery. The practice is part of Altoona's Heart and Vascular Institute with access to a full suite of ORs and interventional facilities.

This employed position offers a generous base salary plus RVU bonus and a comprehensive benefits package through UPMC.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in vascular surgery.
• Fellowship trained in vascular surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope vascular surgery including open and endovascular procedures.
• Perform carotid endarterectomy and AV fistula grafts.
• Extremity bypass surgery and related vascular interventions.
