Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a vascular ultrasound technologist to perform extracranial, peripheral and visceral vascular testing. You will collect data, document results for reading physicians, and ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced lab.

The role supports Monday–Friday day shifts with a $10k sign-on. No weekends or holidays are required, and experience is welcomed though not required. Join a respected academic health system focused on patient care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medical records, obtains history, and performs vascular assessments per policy.
• Performs duplex/Doppler exams and documents results for physician reading.
• Provides preliminary results and notifies physicians of significant findings.
• Operates and maintains ultrasound equipment and seeks technical support as needed.
• Fulfills additional duties as assigned.
