Job summary

Responsibilities include carotid duplex, peripheral arterial and venous exams, lab data documentation, adherence to regulatory standards, timely patient throughput, and collaboration with PACS and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on vascular ultrasound experience.
• Proficient and independent in all OP exams.
• Registration required to obtain ARDMS or CCI registry within 2 years, per IAC guidelines.
• State licensure for Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Performs Carotid Duplex (CD) exams.
• Performs peripheral arterial physiologic and duplex exams.
• Performs peripheral venous duplex exams.
• Performs various abdominal and other less common duplex exams.
• Documents and maintains patient and test data.
• Chooses correct order codes for tests performed and submits charges.
• Covers off site locations.
• Takes call.
• Assists with equipment updates and PACS collaboration.
