Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform thorough vascular ultrasound assessments, primarily of the lower extremities, ensuring an excellent patient experience.

The role requires graduation from an accredited program and RVT/RVS/RPhS eligibility within 90 days; experience with venous studies is preferred. This position is based in Trenton/Marlton with about 35 hours per week and includes paid training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment is required.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies focusing on venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing as applicable.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular imaging environment.
• Document studies and manage images using PACS and EMR systems.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities when appropriate.

Position Summary:

As a Vascular Sonographer at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ultrasound examinations focused on the vascular system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

Position Details:

• Location: Trenton & Marlton clinics
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (about 35 hours per week)
• Compensation: $40-$50/hr based on experience and qualifications
• Paid Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies includingvenous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies if applicable such ascarotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge when appropriate, including experience with general ultrasound modalities such as OB/GYN and abdominal.

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program,required.
• CurrentRVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist), or RPhS (Registered Phlebology Sonographer) credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days is required.
• Demonstrated experience performingvenous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies is preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images,required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a patient-focused healthcare environment,required.
